一、用途和主要特点
NE、NSE系列板链斗式提升机，适用于粉状物料到大块状等各种物料的垂直提升，它采用流入式喂料替代传统斗式提升机的掏取式喂料，是传统斗式提升机的换代产品。
主要特点：
１、采取了流入式喂料，使输送机各部分以及和物料之间很少发生挤压和碰撞，运行平稳。
２、 输送链采用板链的面接触，替代传统斗提环链的点接，从而使使用寿命大大提高。
３、因采取了流入式喂料，重力诱导式卸料，斗低、线速高(30-60m／min)，无回料现象,功率只相当于普通环链斗提机的40％左右。
４、 输送能力大，输送时范围15-1000m3／h。
５、密封性好，环境污染少。操作、维修方便，易损件少。
1. Purpose and main features
NE and NSE series plate chain bucket elevators are suitable for vertical lifting of various materials from powdery materials to large blocks. It uses inflow feeding to replace the extraction type of traditional bucket elevators. Feeding machine is a replacement product of the traditional bucket elevator.
Main features:
1. In-flow feeding is adopted, so that there is little extrusion and collision between various parts of the conveyor and the materials, and the operation is smooth.
2. The conveyor chain adopts the surface contact of the plate chain instead of the point connection of the traditional bucket lifting chain, thereby greatly improving the service life.
3. Due to the adoption of inflow feeding, gravity-induced discharge, low bucket, high linear speed (30-60m/min), and no material return, the power is only equivalent to about 40% of that of an ordinary chain bucket elevator.
4. Large conveying capacity, the conveying range is 15-1000m3/h.
5. Good sealing and less environmental pollution. Easy to operate and maintain, with few wearing parts.
