N—TGD型钢丝绳芯胶带斗式提升机是我公司在消化吸收国外新技术，结合国内生产使用实际而开发的新一代产品，该产品具有输送量大、体积小、功耗低、运行平稳可靠、使用寿命长、可实现单机超高提升等特点。适用于干散粉状物料垂直提升，广泛应用于建材、冶金、化工、粮食、电力等行业散状物料提升系统，是新型干法水泥厂窑尾入窑生料，生料均化库、水泥库入库物料上取代国外同规格产品的理想替换设备。
主要特点
1．提升高度高，单机最高可达到100m。
2．输送能力大，最大可达到1000m3/h。
3．物料温度可达120℃。
4．料斗紧密排列，连续提取，连续卸料。
5．采用垂直轴联轴器和液力偶合器，起动平稳，结构紧凑，并配有慢驱装置。
6．功率损耗低，与相同输送量的其它提升机相比节电30%以上。
7．使用寿命长，噪声低。滚筒自动对中，包胶设计。
8．采用自动平衡张紧装置，运行平稳可靠
9．操作维修方便，易损件少，维护费用比一般斗式提升机低。

1. Use and main features
The N-TGD type steel wire rope core belt bucket elevator is a new generation product developed by our company after digesting and absorbing foreign new technologies and combining it with the actual domestic production and use. This product has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, small size, and high efficiency. It has the characteristics of low consumption, stable and reliable operation, long service life, and can achieve ultra-high lifting of a single machine. It is suitable for vertical lifting of dry bulk powder materials. It is widely used in bulk material lifting systems in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, electric power and other industries. It is a new type of dry process cement plant with raw materials entering the kiln at the end of the kiln, raw material homogenization warehouse, and cement warehouse. The ideal replacement equipment for replacing foreign products of the same specification on incoming materials.
Main features
1. The lifting height is high, and the maximum height of a single machine can reach 100m.
