一、用 途
DG管状带式输送机是一种用于水平弯曲、大倾角和密闭输送各种物料的新型环保输送产品,可广泛应用于矿山、冶金、电力、化工、建材和港口等行业。
1. Purpose

二、主要特点
(1)可密闭输送散体物料,在输送过程中不洒落、不泄露,同时也防止了管外物料的混入。因此实现了无公害绿色输送,净化了环境,无需架设带式输送机长廊或者密封罩,减少了基建等费用,降低了设备成本。
(2)可空间弯曲布置输送线路,可实现在垂直面和水平面内的拐弯,可绕过各种障碍物,跨过公路、铁路、河流及各种建筑物等,而不需要中间转载,因此线路布置简单,故障率小,维修量少。
(3)可提高输送倾角,物料被输送带围包在里面,通过侧压力及物料与输送带内表面之间的摩擦力作用,从而使输送倾角提高了,充填系数越大,倾角可越大,最大可达30°,可双向输送物料。
2. Main features

(2) The transmission line can be arranged in a curved space, and can realize turns in the vertical and horizontal planes. It can bypass various obstacles, cross roads, railways, rivers and various buildings, etc. without the need for intermediate transfer. Therefore, The circuit layout is simple, the failure rate is small, and the amount of maintenance is small.
(3) The conveying inclination angle can be increased. The material is enclosed by the conveyor belt. Through the lateral pressure and the friction between the material and the inner surface of the conveyor belt, the conveying inclination angle is increased. The greater the filling coefficient, the greater the inclination angle. , up to 30°, can transport materials in both directions.
