DSJ型系列带式输送机主要用于煤矿井下原煤输送,煤矿井下顺槽运输和巷道掘进运输系统。具有运量大、运距长、设备故障少和运输成本低等方面的优点，是综采和一般机采工作面不可缺少的主要配套设备之一。也可以用于其他行业输送松散物料。

1. Purpose

   DSJ series belt conveyor is mainly used for raw coal transportation in coal mines, underground coal mine trough transportation and tunnel excavation transportation systems. It has the advantages of large transportation volume, long transportation distance, fewer equipment failures and low transportation costs. It is one of the main supporting equipment indispensable for fully mechanized mining and general mechanical mining working faces. It can also be used in other industries to transport loose materials.

               1、输送机电器设备具有隔爆性能，可用于煤尘及瓦斯的矿井。

               2、机身部分，采用无螺旋连接的快速可拆支架，结构简单，拆装方便，劳动强度低，作业时间短。

               3、胶带张紧装置结构简单，易于维护。

               4、全机所有的槽型托辊、平托辊、改向滚筒（机头卸载滚筒除外）尺寸统一，可通用互换。

2. Main features

   1. The electrical equipment of the conveyor has explosion-proof performance and can be used in mines with coal dust and gas. 

    2. The fuselage part adopts a quick-detachable bracket without screw connection, which has a simple structure, easy disassembly and assembly, low labor intensity and short operating time.

    3. The tape tensioning device has a simple structure and is easy to maintain. 

    4. All grooved rollers, flat rollers, and redirecting rollers (except the machine head unloading roller) of the entire machine are of the same size and can be universally interchanged.
