1. Purpose and main features

    The TD75 universal fixed belt conveyor (TD75 for short) is widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, etc. due to its advantages of large transportation capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost, and strong versatility. It is used in building materials, mining, chemical industry, port and other departments to transport bulk materials or finished items. It can be arranged in a horizontal or inclined form according to process requirements.   The temperature of the materials transported by the TD75 belt conveyor is below 80°C. The ambient temperature is between +40℃∽-25℃. If appropriate protective measures are taken, it can also be used in occasions with special requirements such as explosion-proof, waterproof, anti-corrosion, heat resistance, and cold resistance.

       

        TD75型带式输送机物料的容重在2500kg/m³以下。

 

        本系列按带宽可分为：500、650、800、1000、1200、1400mm六种规格。

  

        按带速可分为：0.8、1.0、1.25、1.6、2.0、2.5、3.15、4.0m/s等八种。

        表中的输送量是在物料容重r=1.0t/m³、输送机倾角0~7°物料动堆积角为30°的条件下计算得来的。

 

2. Main technical performance parameters

     The bulk density of the material of the TD75 belt conveyor is below 2500kg/m3. his series can be divided into six specifications according to bandwidth: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1400mm.  According to the belt speed, it can be divided into eight types: 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.15, 4.0m/s.  The conveying capacity in the table is calculated under the conditions of material bulk density r=1.0t/m³, conveyor inclination angle 0~7°, and material dynamic accumulation angle 30°.
