一、用途和主要特点
DJA型波状挡边带式输送机具有通用带式输送机的结构简单、运行可靠,维修方便等优点,具有可输送倾角大,最大可达90°、结构紧凑、占地少等特点,因而是大倾角输送及垂直输送的理想设备。广泛用于煤炭、冶金、建筑、粮食、化工、电力等部门。
波状挡边带式输送机结构的最大特点是用波状挡边输送带(以下简称“挡边带”)来取代普通输送带。至于它的工作原理和结构组成,则与通用带式输送机相同。因此,像传动滚筒、改向滚筒、托辊等部件,都可以与通常带式输送机的相应部件通用。
主要特点:
1、可大倾角输送散状物料,能大量节省设备占地面积,彻底解决普通、花纹带式输送机所不能达到的输送角度。
2、机械化输送物料时、相对带式输送机总体投资费用低,约节约投资费用20%~30%。
3、该机型与普通带式输送机、斗式提升机、刮板输送机比较,其综合技术性能都优越。
4、输送量大,可达1000m3/h,垂直提升高度可达100m。
5、在垂直输送物料时,物料粒度最大可达250mm。
6、能耗低、结构简单、维护方便。
1. Purpose and main features
DJA corrugated side belt conveyor has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and convenient maintenance of general belt conveyor. It has a large conveying inclination angle up to 90°, compact structure and small footprint. It has few characteristics, so it is an ideal equipment for large inclination angle conveying and vertical conveying. Widely used in coal, metallurgy, construction, food, chemical industry, electric power and other sectors. The biggest feature of the corrugated sidewall conveyor structure is that the corrugated sidewall conveyor belt (hereinafter referred to as "sidewall belt") is used to replace the ordinary conveyor belt. As for its working principle and structural composition, it is the same as that of the general belt conveyor. Therefore, components such as the driving roller, redirecting roller, and supporting rollers can be used in common with the corresponding components of ordinary belt conveyors. Main features:
1. It can convey bulk materials at a large angle, which can save a lot of equipment space and completely solve the conveying angle that ordinary and patterned belt conveyors cannot reach.
2. When mechanized conveying materials, the overall investment cost is lower than that of belt conveyors, saving about 20% to 30% of investment costs.
3. Compared with ordinary belt conveyors, bucket elevators and scraper conveyors, this model has superior comprehensive technical performance.
4. The conveying capacity is large, up to 1000m3/h, and the vertical lifting height can reach 100m.
5. When conveying materials vertically, the maximum particle size of the materials can reach 250mm.
6. Low energy consumption, simple structure and easy maintenance.
