一、用途和主要特点
DX型钢丝绳芯胶带式输送机是采用钢丝绳芯胶带作牵引和承载构件的一种连续运输设备。它广泛用于煤炭、冶金化工、水电、交通等部门,井下或露天输送堆积松散密度为0.8—2.5吨/米3的各种块状、粒状等散状物料。尤其适用于大松散密度、长距离、高带速的大宗散状物料的连续输送。单机长度可达数公里，输送量Q=400～9600m3/h，同时还便于实行运输系统的机械化和自动化。
1. Purpose and main features
The DX-type steel wire rope core belt conveyor is a continuous transportation equipment that uses steel wire core belts as traction and load-bearing components. It is widely used in coal, metallurgical chemical industry, hydropower, transportation and other departments to transport various bulk, granular and other bulk materials with a loose density of 0.8-2.5 tons/m3 underground or in the open air. It is especially suitable for the continuous transportation of bulk bulk materials with large loose density, long distance and high belt speed.
